无阻燃剂阻燃酚醛塑料的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF FLAME-RETARDANT PHENOLICS WITHOUT FLAME RETARDANT

介绍了无阻燃剂阻燃酚醛塑料的制备工艺、性能、成型条件等。实验证明不加阻燃剂 ,采取无机纤维增强、矿物粉填充、各组份科学匹配、形成难燃结构 ,可制得UL - 94V - 0级高阻燃性塑料。保证了低烟、低毒、无腐蚀、低成本和良好的物理机械性能和加工性能、扩大了酚醛塑料的使用范围。

The preparation technology,property and molding conditions of the flame-retardant phenolics without flame retardant is introduced.The test results showed that the nonflammable structure reinforced with inorganic fiber,filled with mining powders,without flame retardant and in the scientific matching of each part has been made to manufacture the high flame retardant plastics according to UL-94 V-O and ensure low smoking,low toxicity,no corrosion,low cost and good physical and mechanical properties and processibility,so broaden the applied range of phenolics.\;
