摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十六酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和苯乙烯为单体 ,水为分散相 ,以二乙烯基苯为交联剂。BPO为引发剂 ,采用悬浮聚合法 ,合成高吸油性树脂PASE。利用正交试验研究了单体配比、引发剂、交联剂和分散剂用量等对PASE的影响。并对PASE的吸油率、吸油速度、保油率、浮油回收性以及重复吸油性能等进行了考察。
By means of suspension polymerization,hexadecyl methylacrylate,butyl methylacrylate and styrene were copolymerized to get high oil absorption resins (PASE).After studying the influence of reaction factors (monomer composition,amount of initiator and cross linking agent,amount of dispersion agent)on oil absorption performance by orthogonal test,the optimum conditions were got. Then some properties of PASE were studied,such as oil absorption ratio,speed of oil absorption,oil retention ratio,and absorption of oil slick,recycling absorption ratio.\;
