摘要 随着创意经济时代的到来,我国文化创意产业迅速发展,并与同样发展迅速的旅游业相融合形成了旅游文化创意产业.以旅游文化创意产业为例,首先结合旅游文化创意产业的内涵及特征利用文献法和调研法确定从生产要素及设施、发展环境和创意成果3个方面对园区竞争力进行评价,进一步确定了各级指标构成,然后利用网络层次分析法构建了竞争力评价模型,并利用Super Decision软件计算出各指标权重,最后得到了完整的竞争力评价指标体系及各级指标重要性排名,同时给出了指标体系应用的一些建议. With the coming of creative economy, the culture creative industry has had a rapid development and has formed a tourism and culture creative industry with integration of the rapid developed tourism industry. Taking tourism and culture creative industry as an example, first we decided to evaluate the competiveness of the park from the three aspects of the factors of production and facilities, development environment and creative achievements according to the connotation and characteristics of the tourism culture creative industry by using literature research method and the investigate and survey method. Then we confirmed the indicators at all levels. And then we built the competitiveness evaluation model using the Analytic Network Process. And the weights of each index wese calculated by using Super Decision software. Finally the complete competitiveness evaluation index system formed. We got index importance ranking at all levels. At the same time we gave some advices to the application of the index system.
