摘要
以雄、雌成年蓝孔雀背肌、颈肌、翅肌、腿肌、胸肌作为试样,采用HE染色石蜡切片及透射电镜对蓝孔雀肌肉组织学性状指标进行了测定.结果表明:雄、雌蓝孔雀肌纤维直径、横截面积、密度、肌内肌纤维比例平均值分别为39.165μm、1 269.45μm2、519.71根/mm2、51.99%,不同性别间,雄蓝孔雀肌纤维直径、横截面积极显著大于雌蓝孔雀(P<0.01),密度则极显著小于雌蓝孔雀(P<0.01),肌内肌纤维比例二者无显著差异(P>0.05);蓝孔雀肌节长度、I带长度、A带长度、Z线宽度、H带宽度平均分别为1.430、0.559、1.144、0.108、0.162μm,不同性别间I带长度、A带长度、Z线宽度、H带宽度雄蓝孔雀极显著大于雌蓝孔雀(P<0.01);孔雀肌肉不同部位间,背部肌肉肌纤维直径、横截面积最小,密度最大.雄蓝孔雀腿部肌节长度、I带长度、A带长度、Z线宽度、H带宽度最大.
The muscle of back,neck,wing,leg and chest of adult blue peafowls were selected randomly as samples (half male and half female).The observation and determination were conducted by HE staining and transmission electron microscopy.Results indicated that the average of muscle fiber diameters,the per-centage of muscle fiber,cross-sectional area and density of blue peafowl were 39.165μm,1 269.45μm2 , 519.71 n/mm2 ,51.99%.The muscle fiber diameters and cross-sectional area of the male was greater than the female significantly (P〈0.01).The density of the male was significantly less than the female (P〈0.01).The percentage of muscle fiber between the male and the female had no significant differences (P〉0.05).The average length of sarcomere,I band,A band,Z line,H band of blue peafowl were 1.430,0.559, 1.144,0.108,0.162μm.The length of I band,A band,Z line and H band of the male was greater than the female significantly (P〈0.01).Among different locations,back's muscle had the minimum fiber diameters and cross-sectional area,and the maximum density.The male legs had the maximum length of sarcomere,I band,A band,Z line,H band.
