摘要
以Bacillus DE-8为试验菌株,选用不同的油脂下脚料为发酵基质,对其降解条件进行正交优化研究.结果表明:BacillusDE-8发酵的最佳培养条件是起始pH值为8,接种量4%、摇床转速为160r/min、温度为32℃、添加1%氯化钙及1%表面活性剂十二苯磺酸钠,发酵72h,在该条件下,验证试验残油降解率达81.6%.
Taking Bacillus DE-8 as the original strain,choosing different oil wastes as fermentation me-dium,the degradation conditions were orthogonal optimized.The results showed that the optimal fermenta-tion conditions were as follows,initial pH 8.0,inoculability quantity 4%,rotate speed 160 r/min,tempera-ture 32 ℃,CaCl2 1% and NaDDBS 1%.Under these conditions,The degradation rate of DE-8 to rapeseed cake could reach to 81.6% after 72 h.
