摘要
对新疆华电红雁池发电厂#1,#2锅炉结焦量大的问题进行了分析,通过对#1,#2锅炉和#3,#4锅炉设计特点、燃烧器形式、二次风喷口布置方式的比较,找出了#1,#2锅炉与#3,#4锅炉间的差异,对这些差异进行了分析,找到了#1,#2锅炉结焦量大的主要原因并提出了改造意见。
The problem of larger amount of coking in boilers No.1 and No.2 of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Plant was analyzed.The design features,the burner forms and the arrangement mode of the secondary air nozzles of the boilers No.1 and No.2 were compared with those of the boilers No.3 and No.4,and the differentials between the boilers No.1 and No.2 and boilers No.3 and No.4 were found out.The differentials were analyzed,the main reasons of lager amount of coking in boilers No.1 and No.2 were found out,and the reformation suggestions were put forward.
