EPC总承包项目停缓建风险管控探析

摘要 工程总承包项目复杂性高、历时长、资金额巨大,往往使一些总承包经验不足、承受风险能力较低的企业蒙受巨额损失,故风险防控,特别是停工缓建风险防控被列入合同管理的重点工作。根据几个项目开工到缓建、复工的情况,分析了遇到的困难,对处理经验进行了总结,提出了针对性的建议,以提高总承包项目的合同风险防控能力。 The EPC projects have features of higher complexity,longer construction period and larger investment.Some EPC contractors often suffered large amount of economic losses due to their lack of experiences and lower risk tolerance.Therefore,the risk control,especially the risk control of the stopped and suspended projects is included in key jobs of contract management.According to the starting,postponing and restarting of several projects,the encountered difficulties were analyzed,the treatment experiences were summarized,and targeted suggestions were proposed.The results in this paper are helpful to improve the contract risk control ability of EPC projects.
