针对电力二次系统厂站端的主要安全威胁问题,从网络安全、系统安全、人员管理、物理安全、应用安全等方面提出全方位安全防护措施,通过防护措施的试点实施,说明全方位安全防护措施可提高电力二次系统的安全防护水平,具有推广应用前景。

This paper introduces major security threats of sec- ondary system the station terminals electricity, proposes the security protection measures from the aspects of net securi- ty,system security, members management, physical securi- ty,application security, indicates that the comprehensive se- curity solution measures can increase the secondary power system security protection level, through pilot implementa- tion of protection measures.
