摘要
普通的深沟球轴承具有结构简单、摩擦系数小、适于高速运转等优点,但在某些既要求高转速又要求高承载能力的工况下不能满足要求。在对原有轴承结构进行研究分析的基础上,设计了重载型深沟球轴承,满足了工况要求。
The common deep groove ball bearing is characterized by simple structure, low friction coefficient and being suitable for high speed operation, but it couldn't work under the condition of high speed rotation and heavy load capacity simultaneously. On the basis of studying and analyzing original bearing structure, a type of deep groove ball bearing with heavy load structure was developed so as to meet the requirements of working condition.
