摘要
在详细分析屏障螺杆的结构特点、工作原理和加工要求的基础上,选择最优设计参数,并使用流体力学软件,数值仿真动态模拟螺杆的挤出过程,达到节能、高效和高质量生产塑料农膜的目的。
On the basis of detail analysis structural feature, working principle and processing requirements of the barrier screw, by using optimal parameter and hydromechanics software, the extrusion process of screw is performed through numerical simulation and dynamic simulation for purpose of energy saving, high efficiency and high quality production of plastic agricultural film.
