摘要
注塑成型机是一种重要的塑料加工设备。由于该类设备长期处于连续运转状态,能耗极大,降低注塑成型系统的能耗已经成为今后技术发展方向。通过对注塑成型系统三个主要耗能部分进行分析,介绍了三种节能技术,以期降低注塑成型系统的能耗。
Injection molding machine for plastics processing is an important device. Because the device is in long-term operation and costs great energy, to reduce the energy consumption of injection molding system has become the future direction of technology development. Three major energy-consuming parts of the injection molding machine system are analyzed and three energy-saving technologies are introduced in order to reduce the energy consumption of the injection molding machine system.
