复方丹参滴丸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变学的影响

Compound danshen dropping pill for the influence of blood rheology in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血液流变学的影响。方法：80例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（每组各40例），治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸治疗；对照组进行常规治疗；疗程均为6月。检测并比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标。结果：两组在治疗后各项血液流变学指标均较治疗前降低，其中治疗组治疗后各项血液流变学指标降低明显优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论：复方丹参滴丸对COPD患者的高血液黏度、血细胞高聚集性等血液流变学异常有明显改善作用。

ective： To investigate the compound Danshen Dripping Pills on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients with hemorheolo gy. Methods： 80 patients with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 40 cases）, treatment group was added with Corn pound Danshen Dripping Pills in treatment on the basis of conventional t herapy; the control group was given conventional treatment; treatment for June. De- tection and blood rheology before and after treatment in the two groups of indices. Results： the two groups before and after treatment to reduce the hemo- rheologieal indices were observed before the treatment, the treatment group after treatment the hemorheologieal indices was significantly better than the con trol group, the difference was highly statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on COPD patients with high blood viscosity, blood cell aggregation and blood rheology abnormal improve.
