中西医结合治疗顽固性心衰40例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗顽固性心衰的疗效。方法：运用随机数字表法对2011年11月至2013年11月在我院内科治疗的40例顽固性心力衰竭患者进行分组，治疗组患者在西医治疗的基础上加上中医药治疗，而对照组仅进行西医治疗。结果：顽固性心力衰竭治疗组和对照组患者经治疗后分别有17人和11人有效，有效率分别为85．00％和55．00％，两组患者治疗有效率差异有统计学意义（x2=4．286，P〈0．05）。结论：中医治疗顽固性心袁有一定的疗效，值得广大医务工作者在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of intractable heart failure. Meth- ods： using the random number table method to group 40 cases of intractable heart failure patients in 2011 November to 2023 November in our hospital depart- ment of internal medicine treatment, the patients in the treatment group were based on Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, while the control group only western medicine therapy. Results： intractable heart failure treatment group and control group patients after treatment were 17 and 11, respectively 85% and 55 %, the effective rate after treatment in two groups had significant difference （X 2 =4. 286, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： there are certain curative effect of Chinese medicine treatment of intractable heart failure, is worth popularizing medical worker in clinical work.
