合理心理干预对手术护士焦虑情绪的相关性研究

目的：探讨合理心理干预对手术室护士焦虑情绪的影响。方法将30名手术室护士随机分干预组15名和对照组15名，对照组不进行心理干预，干预组由心理咨询师配合，情绪疗法以分组学习的方法进行心理干预，共4次。观察两组护士干预前后焦虑情绪变化情况，结果干预组，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）结论合理心理干预可显著减轻或消除手术室护士的焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on reasonable operating room nurse anxiety. Methods The 30 operating room nurses were randomly divided into intervention group and 15 in the control group 15, control group psychological intervention group with the counselors, emotional therapy group learning approach to psychological intervention,a total of 4 times. Anxiety before and after the changes observed two nurse intervention,the results of the inter- vention group, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）scores were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Branch reasonahie psychological interven tion significantly reduce or eliminate the operating room nurse anxiety.
