肾肿瘤保留肾单位的后腹腔镜手术治疗体会

Renal tumor retain nephron after laparoscopic surgery

肾癌是泌尿外科的常见疾病，约占成人恶性肿瘤的3％，占肾肿瘤的17％～78％。肾错构瘤亦为常见病。随着影像技术的进步及手术水平的提高，保留肾单位在肾脏外科中已占有重要地位。本院自2007年10月至2010年2月共行后腹腔镜保留肾单位手术36例，现分析如下。

With the progress of imaging technology and the improvement of operation, keep renal unit has been occupies an im- portant position in the kidney surgery. In our hospital from October 2007 to February 2010,a total row after 36 cases of laparoscopy preserved renal unit, now the analysis as follows.
