护理本科生临床实习期间压力因素的调查分析

目的：了解护理本科生在临床实习阶段的压力因素，采取对策，减轻压力，适应临床工作。方法：采用问卷对55位护理本科生进行调查。结果：仨力卑素依次为专业心理、实习阶段学习压力、实际操作能力等。结论：护理本科生实习期间负面压力较大，采取针对性措施，减轻压力，适应临床工作。

Objective： To find out the stress factors which nursing undergraduates during internship have to face in the clinical practice,in order to study some specific measures which can reduce stress and maintain healthy to accommodate clinical work as soon as possible. Methods： Total 55 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by questionnaire. The results were expressed by a percentage. Results, Stress factors included psychological stress fac- tors, study pressure,the actual operating capacity and so on. Conclusions： Nursing students during internship had much negative pressure, and some specific measures needed to reduce the pressure to adapt clinical work.
