城市社区体育公共服务公众满意度量表的研制

Development of Urban Community Sports' Public Service Satisfaction Scale

运用调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,研制城市社区体育公共服务公众满意度量表,为我国城市社区体育公共服务绩效评价提供有效测量工具及可靠依据。通过文献梳理,并结合各类专家深度访谈及半开放式调研的观点和数据,形成51个题项的"初始量表";项目分析,求CR值,删除在高、低分组间未达显著差异(P>0.05)的13个题项;经探索性因素分析,逐渐删除抽取共同度<0.2和题项负荷<0.4等不符合条件的6个题项,当累积方差贡献率趋于稳定时,提取特征值>1的5个共同因素,即社区体育场馆设施服务满意度(F1)、社区体育活动组织服务满意度(F2)、社区体育健身指导服务满意度(F3)、社区体育文化建设服务满意度(F4)和社区体育运行管理服务满意度(F5),基本形成拥有33个题项的量表终稿,并得出其假设结构模型;验证性因素分析发现,假设结构模型与样本数据适配良好,内部一致性信度、再测信度、结构效度及内容效度检验结果表明量表具有良好的效度和信度,表明该量表是一个较好的城市社区体育公共服务公众满意度测量工具。

In order to provide to evaluate city community sports＂ public service in China with effective measurement tools and reliable basis so that the per- formance evaluation can carry out smoothly, develop urban community sports＂ public service satisfaction scale by using the following methods： questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and the rest. Through combining the literature review with all kinds of experts in-depth interviews and the views and data of the half-open research, form 51 items of ＂initial scale＂; Through analyzing the project, and striving for CR, delete the 13 items, which cannot reach significant difference between high and low group（P〉0.05）; By exploratory factor analysis, gradually remove the 6 items, which is out of conditions and its extracting common load is less than 0.4 and the common degree less than 0.2. When the five common elements, the satisfaction degree of the community sports facilities＂ service （F1） ,the satisfaction degree of the community sports organization service （F2）, the satisfaction degree of community sports fitness guidance service （F3）, the satisfaction degree of community sports culture construction service （F4）, the satisfaction degree of the community sports running and management service （FS）, which the stable cumulative variance contribution rates＂ extracted characteristic value is greater than 1, can basically form the scale that owns 33 items, and finally make the supposing structure model out; Confirmatory factor analysis found that the supposing structure model is content with the sample data; Internal consistency reliability, repeated reliability, structure validity and content validity test show that the scale has good validity and the reliability is better; This scale is a good tool in measuring the community sports＂ public service satisfaction in a rich city.
