摘要
为了保证莱钢转底炉珠铁生产所获得的珠铁杂质含量特别是硫、磷元素含量达到炼钢生产需求,针对珠铁生产所用原料进行了熔分时间、熔分温度、碱度、添加剂、配碳量等工艺参数对珠铁、渣中硫、磷元素分配规律的影响研究。获得了碱度为1.2,并配加8%Na2CO3做脱杂剂、4%CaF2做助熔剂时,进入珠铁中硫、磷的比例显著降低,分别为3.5%、50.6l%等结论。
In order to ensure the content of impurity, especially sulfur and phosphorus elements, to reach the requirements of steelmaking production, aiming at the raw materials used in the production of iron bead, the study about the influence of technological parameters, including the fractional melting time, the fractional melting temperature, the alkalinity, the annexing agent and the carbon addition, on the dis- tribution law of sulfur and phosphorus elements in iron bead and slag. The result shows that, when the al- kalinity is 1.2, with 8% Na2CO3 as a remover and 4% CaF2 as a fluxing agent, the proportion of sulfur and phosphorus elements in iron bead are reduced obviously, separately by 3.5% and 50.61%.
