基于TRIZ理论转炉上料系统创新设计

摘要 石灰是炼钢用重要辅助材料,石灰质量好坏直接影响钢水冶炼效果,针对炼钢厂上料系统长,落差大,造成入炉石灰质量粉末多问题,通过采用TRIZ理论进行分析,确定了物理矛盾和技术矛盾,并运用TRIZ理论的创新原理对上料方法进行创新设计,解决了入炉石灰质量问题,充分证明了TRIZ理论在钢铁冶炼行业的可行性和高效性。 Aiming at too much powder of in-furnace lime, caused by the feeding system with big length and large drop, through analysis based on TRIZ theory, the physical and technical contradictions were confirmed; and the innovative design of feeding method was carried out by using the innovation theory of TRIZ, the quality of lime was solved, fully proving the feasibility and efficiency of TRIZ theory in the smelting of iron and steel industry.
