摘要
液压冲击是液压系统中常见的不利现象,会严重影响系统的正常工作,降低设备的使用寿命。文章就液压冲击问题分析了其造成的危害和产生的原因,从而提出了相应的控制措施,为液压系统的设计提供了依据。
Through intensive study on the three-throw crankshaft of diaphragm pump, the reasonable forg- ing deformation scheme was formulated. Without auxiliary of large scale complex mould, only by applica- tion of free forging technology, the accurate control about phase angle and eccentricity of crank space was realized, reducing the process weight of forging piece and processing costs. By comprehensive quality control measures in the heating, forging and heat treatment processes, the internal quality of crankshaft was assured to meet the technology requirements.
