摘要
通过X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法DSC、上染率、扫描电镜、纤维碱处理等实验测试,将涤纶HOY与FDY、DT、POY、UDY等长丝进行了比较,分析了HOY染色性与结构的关系。重点讨论了HOY和FDY碱处理前后的结构和染色性能之间的关系,认为HOY与普通涤纶丝的内部结构是不同的,其晶粒尺寸比较大,因而相应的无定形区较大,这是造成HOY染色性好的主要原因。
Compared with FDY、DT、POY、UDY, the relation between structure and dying behaviors of HOY was analyzed by measuring x-raydiffraction, DSC, dying, SEM, alkali treatment etc. The structure and dying behaviors of HOY, FDY before and after alkali treatment were discussed in detail. It was concluded that the intrinsic structure was different in HOY and ordinary PET filament. Tnere was an un-unifonn cross-section structure in HOY. The more of the amorphous domain due to the bigger crystal grain was the cause of good dyeing behavior of HOY.
