When PET tow was heated during it a running through thermal channel, necking phenomena of the filament became gentle under the influence of temperature, air resistance and drawing viscosity gradients compared with thermal godet spinning. The phenomena results difference largely in the fiber mechanical properties, so a unique style was provided with weaving and dyeing performance.
