烧结二混配加炭的攻关试验及效果分析

Research Experiment and Result Analysis of Mixed Sintering with Charcoal

就如何充分利用好粒度较细的焦粉(或兰炭粉)问题,从配料比、成品矿质量指标、烧结矿粉化率等指标入手,进行了烧结二混配加细粒级炭粉攻关试验。试验结果表明:成品烧结矿转鼓强度指数逐月提高,提高了约0.83%;烧结矿内返率逐月降低,降低了约2.08%;同时烧结矿粉化率指标也有所改善,呈逐月下降趋势。

As regard to how to make the best of the fine-grained coke powder（or blue toner）, this paper conducted a research of two mixed simer with fine toner from the ingredients ratio, ore quality indicators, powder content of sinter ore and other indicators. The test rcsults bewed that： the drum strength index of sinter increased monthly, which increased by about 0.83%; the return ratio of sinter reduced manthly, decreased by about 2.08%; while the rate of sintefing ore index also improved, which showed a monthly downward trend.
