酒钢1800冷连轧机组机型的选择

摘要 就酒钢1 800五机架六辊冷连轧机组工艺方案的确定、主要工艺参数的选择和关键设备的选型做了详细的阐述和对比,针对冷连轧机组和双机架可逆连轧机两种工艺方案、五机架六辊和四机架六辊两种设备配置方式,经多方面分析论证,最终得出结论:五机架六辊冷连轧机组是酒钢1 800冷连轧机组的最优选择。 The article stated in detail how the process solution was determined, and made a comparison of how the technological parameters and main equipment were chosen for JISCO' s 1800mm 5-stand 6 roller cold rolling mill. According to the study on tandem cold rolling unit and reversing rolling mill, as well as 5-stand & 6 roller and 4-stand & 6 roller device configuration. It is finally concluded that 5-stand & 6 roller cold rolling mill is the best choice for JISCO' s 1800mm tandem cold rolling unit.
