摘要
介绍了太钢原料场现状,因烧结矿需求增加,原料场建设面积狭小成为制约烧结机提高产能的瓶颈。通过对原料场料堆布局工艺、抬高堆料机设备俯仰悬臂方面的系统优化,在原料场设计产能严重不足的情况下,完成了全混匀矿生产保供任务,产品质量进一步提升。
With the increasing sinter production requirement the limited space of the existed raw material yard has become the strict restriction of the sinter operation. With the extraordinary shortage of the designed raw material yard production capacity, the paper pus the effort to fulfill the blended ore supply, put up the stacker' s luffing jib and optimize maintenance management mode, completing the production tasks of mixed ore and further enhancing product quality.
