不同意杨人造板基材对薄木饰面板性能的影响

摘要 用意杨MDF和PB为基材进行硬枫薄木饰面研究,研究饰面板加工工艺对两种不同基材的饰面板性能的影响。结果表明,两种基材的薄木饰面板进行含水率和表面胶合强度测试能达到国家标准要求;而浸渍剥离长度受热压温度的影响最显著,热压温度越高浸渍剥离值越低,110℃时能达到国标要求;热压温度、热压时间、涂胶量和单位压力是影响两种基材饰面板浸渍剥离的先后影响因子且优化工艺基本一致。说明两种不同基材进行薄木饰面的加工工艺对板材浸渍剥离强度性能的影响不大,在实际生产中可以不用考虑意杨MDF和意杨PB基材种类的变化。 The article studied the effect of the hard maple veneered technology with poplar MDF and PB for base materials on the performance of the panels. The results showed that moisture content and surface bond strength of the two poplar composites based panels met Chinese national standard requirements; And delamination of water soakage was the most influenced by the hot-pressing temperature, the higher the temperature, the value of delamination is lower, at 110℃, it can met Chinese national standard requirements; Hot-pressing temperature, hot pressing time, single spread and unit pressure are in order of effects on the delamination of the two poplar composites based panels and the optimizations of process are basically same. This meant that the two different base materials for veneered technology have the similar influence on delamination properties. In practice, the changes of poplar MDF and poplar PB as base materials can not be considered.
