基于家具试验的有限元模型的建立与优化 被引量:2

Finite element modeling and optimizing based on the furniture test

摘要 测定了梓木的力学性能参数,在此基础上运用有限元软件ABAQUS对梓木材料直榫接合式座椅进行装配体有限元静载分析。结合椅子靠背位移测定试验结果,对有限元模型进行优化。结论表明:通过对有限元模型的调整和优化,有限元分析的精度满足设计使用需求。 This paper conducts the finite element strength analysis of straight tenon type Catalpa wood chair based on the tested Catalpa wood mechanical property parameters. And optimizing the finite element model combined with the chair backrest displacement measurement results. The conclusion shows that the accuracy of finite element analysis could satisfy the design demand after the arrangement and optimization of finite element model.
