蒙脱土改性脲醛树脂胶及其对沙柳材MDF的影响

Urea-formaldehyde resin modified with MMT and the effect from it on performance of Salix MDF

研究了在脲醛树脂胶制备过程中添加有机蒙脱土对其性能的影响,以及对沙柳材MDF性能的影响。通过对板材性能测试、蒙脱土以及胶粘剂的XRD和FTIR分析,结果表明:在脲醛树脂胶的缩聚阶段,添加有机蒙脱土,板材各项性能较佳;添加的有机蒙脱土与脲醛树脂胶部分官能团发生了反应,从而改善了其性能。

This paper studies the effect from organic montmorillonite on performance of UF and the effect from CTAB- MMT/UF on performance of salix MDF.From plate performance testing,XRD and FTIR analysis of montmorillonite and adhesive,the results showed that the performance of plate is better in the polycondensation stages of the urea-formaldehyde resin ,add organic montmorillonite; The performance of the urea-formaldehyde resin can be improved, because part of the functional groups of organic montmorillonite and urea-formaldehyde resin can react.
