发电厂离相封闭母线放电原因分析及处理

Analysis on Discharge of Metal Closed Isplated Phase Bus and Treatment

由于安装在室外的离相封闭母线支持绝缘子底座密封圈损坏,雪水、雨水侵入封闭母线内部,在母线筒内部密封隔断装置表面形成积水,引起离相封闭母线导体对外壳放电,导致机组定子接地保护动作停机。针对放电原因进行分析,提出解决问题方法及防范措施,并对设备在设计制造上存在不足,提出建议。

Due to the damage of seal ring of the support isolator base for the outdoor metal closed isolated phase bus, snow water and rain intruded into the bus, accumualted on the surface of the sealing off device in the bus, caused di-acharge of the bus conductor to earth, the generating unit grounding protection is activated, result in a forced outage of the generating unit. This paper analyzes the cause to the accident, gives solutions and preventive measures.
