摘要
为解决青海省无公网信号覆盖地区集抄数据无法自动上传到用电信息采集系统主站的难题,采用北斗卫星短报文功能,实现电量数据自动上传,该方案具有施工简单、可靠性高的特点。经试点验证,集中器数据抄读成功率及数据传输可靠性与传统GPRS/CDMA集抄方案效果接近。
For difficult problem that the concentrated meter reading data in the area without public communication network cannot be transfered to main station of the electric energy data acquisition system, this paper introduces a technology and its successful application case to upload electric energy data by using the Beidou satellite short mes- sage function. The technology applied in the case is easy in construction and of high reliability. And experimental verifications shows that the meter reading success rate and reliability by using the technology is close to the success rate and reliablity by traditional GPRS/CDMA concentrated meter reading technology.
