摘要
为了提高对多菌灵的检测灵敏度,采用羟丙基β-环糊精作为荧光增敏剂,研究多菌灵的较优检测条件。结果表明:在乙醇/水(1∶10)的混合溶剂中,羟丙基β-环糊精与多菌灵形成了1∶1的超分子体系,包合常数为6×102L·mol-1,同时空腔内多菌灵的荧光强度大大提高,利用荧光增强效应,得到了该超分子体系对多菌灵的检测限,达到6×10-12g·mL-1,是已经发表结果(4.78×10-9g·mL-1)的千分之一。
In order to increase the detecting sensitivity of carbendazim, with adding hydroxypropyl-cyelodextrin (HPCD) as a fluorescent sensitizing agent, a better detecting condition of carbendazim was investigated. Results showed that in a mixed solvent ethanol/water (1:10), PCD and earbendazim form a 1:1 supramolecuar system, its eompexation constant was 6×10^2L ·mol^-1. Meanwhile, the fluorescence strength of earbendazim, which located inside the cavity of HPCD, increased in a remarkable extent, reaching 6×10^-12g· mL^-1, 1‰ of the published result(4.78×10^-9g· mL^-1).
