摘要
研究了脱脂米糠经酸浸取碱中和的菲丁生产工艺条件 ,提出利用循环水浸泡法的新工艺。
The preparative process of phytin from degrease tikitiki by acid leaching and alkali neutralization was studied.The new process contidion of circulating water leaching was obtained.
