摘要
为检验辐射强度对建筑外保温材料燃烧性能的影响,采用锥形量热仪对岩棉、胶粉聚苯颗粒、酚醛树脂、模塑聚苯乙烯(EPS)、挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)和硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPU)的燃烧性能进行试验研究。分析不同热流强度下,不同保温材料的表观特征变化和燃烧性能的对比情况。结果表明:这6种典型外保温材料的火灾危险性排序为:XPS>RPU>EPS>胶粉聚苯颗粒>酚醛>岩棉;随着辐射强度的增加,RPU的热释放速率呈线性递增,引燃时间和到达热释放速率峰值的时间缩短,熄灭时间延长;B2级RPU的热释放速率峰值约为B1级的2倍。
For the sake of examining the effect of radiation intensity on combustion properties of typical external thermal insulation materials, six kinds of insulation materials were tested by cone calorimeter, in- cluding rock wool, adhesive polystyrene granule, phenolic resin, expanded polystyrene (EPS) , extruded polystyrene (XPS) and rigid polyurethane foam (RPU). The experimental results show that for fire risk, the descending order is XPS 〉 RPU 〉 EPS 〉 adhesive polystyrene granule 〉 phenolic resin 〉 rock wool ; that with increase of radiation intensity, the heat release rate shows a linear decreasing trend and total HRR reduces, the ignition time shows an exponentially attenuation decreasing trend, the time to peak HRR value shortens and extinction time extends , and that peak HRR value of RPU in class B2 is 2 times of RPU in B1 class.
