摘要
为研究防火隔离带对建筑外墙保温系统火蔓延的影响,在防火隔离带位于墙体不同位置的lO种工况下,完成一系列墙角火试验。通过采用预设在墙体保温材料挤塑聚苯板(XPS)、膨胀聚苯板(EPS)外表面的热电偶进行全程动态温度测量,初步得出火蔓延的发展趋势。分析不同工况下的火蔓延特性,总结出隔离带的作用。研究发现:防火隔离带能够阻止墙体保温材料的二次燃烧,从而抑制火在建筑外立面的蔓延;隔离带宽度建议为150~250mm,且间距宜小于2m,即保温材料可燃区宽度与隔离带宽度的比值θ取8~12为宜,以确保隔离带有效防止火蔓延。
10 different full-scale corner fire tests with fire-barrier belts located at different positions were conducted to study effects of the fire-barrier belt on external wall thermal insulation system fire spreading. The fire development trends were obtained through temperature measurement using thermocouples pre-in- stalled at surface of external wall thermal insulation material XPS or EPS. The effects of fire-barrier belt were summarized based on the characteristics of fire spread. Results showed that fire-barrier belt can effec- tively prevent the spread of fire in the building facade by reducing secondary combustion of external wall thermal insulation material, and that in order to prevent fire spreading effectively, the width of the belt should be 150 -250 mm and the interval less than 2 m. That means the ratio θ of the width of burnable ar- ea to the interval of fire-barrier belt should be 8 - 12.
