电针腹部腧穴对食源性肥胖大鼠游离脂肪酸的影响

Effect of Electro-acupuncture at Abdominal Points on Free Fatty Acids of Diet-induced Obese Rats

目的:探讨电针腹部腧穴对食源性肥胖大鼠血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠100只,随机选用10只为正常组,余下采用高营养饮食诱导肥胖,将造模成功的30只肥胖大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗1组和治疗2组,治疗1组电针足三里、三阴交、中脘、关元,治疗2组电针天枢、中脘、关元及大横,正常组和模型组只固定,不予电针干预。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组大鼠血清FFA的含量。结果:治疗1组和治疗2组较模型组体重、Lee′s指数及血清FFA均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),在降低血清FFA方面治疗2组优于治疗1组(P<0.05)。结论:电针腹部腧穴对食源性肥胖大鼠疗效显著,尤其可以降低FFA。

Objective：To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture （EA） at abdominal points on serum free fatty acids （FFA） of rats with diet-induced obese. Methods： 30 obese rats induced by high nutritious diet were randomly divided into model group, first treatment group and second treatment group.The rats in first treatment group were intervened at zusanli, sanyinjiao,zhongwan and guanyuan with EA.The rats in second treatment group were intervened at tianshu,zhongwan, guanyuan and daheng with EA.The rats in normal group and model group were fixed without EA. Serum FFA content was de- tected with ELISA. Results：Compared with model group,weight,Lee＇s index and serum FFA was significantly decreased in treatment groups （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. Compared with first treatment group,Serum FFA decreased in second treatment group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：EA at abdominal points has good effect on diet-induced obese rats, especially in down-regulating FFA.
