摘要
通过建立陶瓷磨边机磨头整体有限元模型 ,进行了静动态分析 ,发现了磨削过程产生的“狗牙”等缺陷的原因所在 ,进而提出了克服或消除这些缺陷的有效方法。
Static and dynamic analysis have been done by establishing integrate finite element model of the grinding head of edge smoothing machine,and then the problems to produce these defects-dogteeth shaped defect etc.during the edge smoothing and grinding processes are discovered.The ways to reduce or remove these defects are also suggested in this paper.
