摘要
目的检验飞行员特殊视觉功能检查仪在检查视力和色觉功能的精度和准确性,以探讨其在飞行员医学鉴定中应用的可行性。方法在同一环境下,由同一检查者分别用飞行员特殊视觉功能检查仪、LogMAR视力表、标准近视力表、色觉检查图、FM-100色觉检查对42名男性青年进行检查。结果 E形与C形远视力检查结果和LogMAR视力表检查结果按等级排列,其中1.0~1.2(0^-0.2)LogMAR与E形视力表均为63只眼,占75%,C形视力表为56只眼,占67%。经统计分析三者间均无显著差异(χ2=2.89,P>0.7;χ2=3.65,P>0.5;χ2=3.18,P>0.6)。飞行员特殊视觉功能检查仪近视力的几何均值为(-0.016±0.15),标准近视力表结果的几何均值为(-0.013±0.16),经统计分析两者之间无显著差异(t=0.344,P>0.7)。三种色觉检查方法合格率均为100%。结论该检查仪对视力与色觉功能检查结果较为准确、可靠。
Objective We directed to explore the accuracy of the visual acuity and color vision function of the special visual inspection instrument and to evaluate the feasibility of using this function in the pilots' physical examination. Methods Forty-two healthy adults served as subjects. The visual acuity was measured by the special visual inspection instrument and the LogMAR visual chart.The color vision was tested by the special visual inspection instrument, the pseudoisochromatic plates and FM-100 hue test. Results The results of the far visual acuity of three instruments were listed by grade. There were no significant difference in far visual acuity among three instruments (Х^2=2.89,P〉0.7,Х^2=3.65,P〉0.5,Х^2 =3.18,P〉0.6). The results of the near visual acuity of the special visual inspection instrument and the standard near visual chart were (-0.016±0.15) and (-0.013±0.16) respectively. There was no significant difference in near visual acuity between two instruments(t=0.344,P〉0.7), either. The qualification rate of three instruments were all 100%. Conclusions The results of visual acuity and color vision of the special visual inspection instrument were accurate and reliable.
