Objective Psychological factors on the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation should be paid attention to and medical work quality should be improved. Methods Fine doctor- nurse cooperation can be achieved by occupation quality training, medical psychology skills training, communication skills training and medical team interaction training.Results A new working relationship model will be established, which is interpreted as exchange - cooperation - complementary - supervision.
