摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为21-23个核苷酸(nt)的非编码单链小RNA分子,由约70nt的pre-miRNA经Dicer酶剪切加工而来,通过RISC(RNA-induced silencing complex)在转录后对靶基因的表达实施调控。如miRNA与其靶基因mRNA的3’-UTR(非翻译区)片段完全互补,
