摘要
金代女真人因其所生活的地域气候、土壤、水文等环境因素的限制,加之其特有的生活习惯等原因,所食用的蔬菜瓜果颇具地域特色和民族特色,女真人在蔬菜瓜果的食用和保存方法的创新,对今天东北地区人们的饮食习惯依然具有一定的影响。
Jurchen Jin Dynasty live in because of its geographical climate, soil, hydrology and other envi- ronmental factors limit. Coupled with the unique lifestyle Jurchen other reasons, vegetables and fruits rather they use regional characteristics and national characteristics. Jurchen some edible vegetables and fruits is very innovative and preservation methods, Northeast today remains influential people＇s eating habits.
