摘要
在国内首次用提拉法成功地生长出大尺寸改性的Cr∶LiSAF晶体Cr3+ ∶LiSr0 .8Ca0 .2 AlF6 ,晶体毛坯尺寸达2 5mm× 130mm。测量了该晶体在室温下的吸收及发射光谱 ,并实现了其闪光灯泵浦条件下的激光运转。单灯泵浦最大输出能量 5.2J,激光阈值 35.7J。
Single crystal of Cr 3+ ∶LiSr 0.8 Ca 0.2 AlF 6 were grown for the first time in China by CZ technique.The dimension of crystals were up to 25mm×130mm.The absorption and emission spectra at room temperature were measured.When it was pumped by single flashlamp,the maximum output energy could be up to 5.2J and its laser threshold was 35.7J.
