摘要
本文以二层规划理论为依据,建立多区域机组组合的二层优化模型,并提出模型的有效计算方法。其中,上层是以电力系统总体运行成本最小为目标的有功最优潮流问题;下层由多个单区域内的机组组合问题组成。上层决定下层每区域内的发电任务,下层以此确定机组的运行状态,同时向上层反馈各区域发电成本的边际信息。通过算例分析,表明本文方法对解决网络制约的多区域内机组启、停决策问题是有效的。
This paper proposes a bi-level decision-making method for multi-area unit commitment (UC) problem. The upper level with the objective to minimize the total system cost solves the optimal power flow problems; the lower level consists of UC problems in multiple areas. The upper level determines generation capacity of the lower one; and according which, the unit states in the lower level will be confirmed with the marginal information feeds back to the upper level. Study cases are analyzed to exhibit the effectiveness of the method presented for the network constrained multi-area UC problem.
