摘要
发热量是煤炭测定的一个重要煤质特性指标,本文通过分析影响发热量日常化验中的主要因素,找到热容量的标定、氧弹充氧时间、外桶水量等造成数据异常的真正原因,确定处理措施以减少误差的出现,提高煤样的化验精度,为正平衡计算煤耗提供迅速可靠的依据。
The heat is an important quality index of coal determination ,based on the analysis of main factors affecting heat and daily assay ,find the heat capacity of the calibration, oxygen bomb oxygenating time, outer barrel water,reason for abnormal data, determine the treatment measures to reduce errors,improve coal sample test accuracy, provides fast and reliable basis for the positive equilibrium calculation of coal consumption.
