The demand for talents in the solar industry is analyzed. The talent training scheme of automa- tion professional under the background of photovoltaic technology is discussed from training objective, training mode and training standard. To train the multi--level automation professional talents is proposed with photovoltaic technology application background. This training scheme can develop the students＂ employment channels and service the local economy development.
