摘要 针对我国工程教育普遍存在的创新实践能力薄弱不适应经济和社会发展的现状,德州学院通过企校协同育人,创新211工程人才培养模式,构建"全过程、三层次、六模块"的实践育人教学体系,以能力为主线,理论和实践并重,实施课程体系模块化、师资队伍多元化、项目教学系列化、学习评价多样化、科技活动普及化,人才培养过程中注重学生社会责任、专业核心能力、工程实践能力、创业创新能力及大学生个性培养,有效地提高了工程技术人才培养质量. Facing the situation that Chinese engineering education innovation ability does not adapt to the current situation of the economic and social development, Dezhou University innovates the mode of foste- ring talents "211 project through college--enterprise cooperative education, construction of practical teaching system of the whole process, the three level, the six module, taking ability as the main line, both theory and practice, curriculum implementation system module", teachers diversification, project teaching series, learning evaluation diversification, popularization of science and technology activities, personnel training process in which the students focus on social responsibility, professional core ability, practice abil- ity, innovation ability and the cultivation of College Students" individuality, effectively improve the quality of training engineering talents.
