摘要
用单因子及其组合体诱导处理后,黄瓜叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)活性都有所增加.两种组合体均比其单因子更能激活POD活性.组合体的重复诱导可以延长POD活性水平在高位保持的时间.不同组合体相继诱导可进一步提高POD活性水平,并且使POD活性在更高的水平上保持更长的时间.
In this work, the peroxidase(POD) activity in leaves of cucumber induced with both single factor and combinations were higher than control. The two combinations were more able to activate POD activity than single factor. Repeated induction of combination extended duration time of POD activity in high level. Inducing with different combinations one after another increased POD activity and made POD activity in a higher level and longer time than other treats.
