The Empirical Research of the Evaluation of Sports Scientific Research Achievements in College and University——Taking the University in Heilongjiang Province As a Case

为掌握在2000年-2012年期间黑龙江省高校体育科研成果的基本状况,评价诊断发展趋势、研究领域、科研管理、社会效应以及制约因素,为高校体育科学研究提供借鉴依据.主要采用文献资料、比较归纳、网络调查、计量指标评价、模糊综合评价等方法,对黑龙江省高校体育科研成果进行了详细的研究考证.

The aim of the paper is to grasp the basic state of university sports scientific research in Heilongjiang province from 2000 to 2012, evaluate and diagnoste the development trends, research field, scientific research management, social effect and restrict factors, and finally provide the reference for the university sports scientific research. Mainly using the literature, comparative analysis, Internet survey, measurement and evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper investigates the sports scientific research achievements in Heilongjiang province university.
