Famotidine is formed with condensing between 2 diaminomethylene amino 4 chlor methylthiazole hydrochloride and 2 diaminomethylene amino 4 amidino thiomethylthiazole dihydrochlride.The step is reduced but the total receipt rate is raised to 40%.
