Current Status, Guidance and Disposal of Law-related Network Public Opinion ——An Empirical Analysis Based on 88 Cases

本文以88例典型涉法网络舆情事件为样本,通过对涉法网络舆情的类别和特征进行梳理,检视人民法院引导处置涉法网络舆情的现状及存在问题,并提出建立涉法网络舆情引导处置的体系构想,即人民法院应在立足自身工作特点的基础上,坚持整体工作原则和个案处置原则相结合,尽早建立健全涉法网络舆情引导处置的长效机制,包括建立自上而下的一体化舆情工作格局、分级预警处置机制、联动协作处置机制以及事后总结评析机制。

The paper sorts out categories and characteristics of law-related network public opinion with 88 typical cases, analyses the current status and problems of People’s Court in guiding and disposing law-related network public opinion and suggests setting up a system for guiding and disposing law-related network public opinion. Based on its own characteristics in the work, People’s Court should adhere to the principle of combining overall work with case processing, establish and improve a long-term mechanism, including a top-down integration work pattern, grading warning disposal mechanism, disposal mechanism of collaboration and evaluation mechanism.
