新型超细矿渣微粉注浆材料的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 虽然在孔隙或裂隙较大地层中采用化学和水泥材料进行注浆效果明显,但是当裂(孔)隙较小时效果不显著,因此开发可注性好,又节约注浆成本的新型浆材是未来注浆技术的研究方向之一.本文通过以超细矿渣微粉(比表面积620 m2/Kg)为主要材料,添加激发剂使其达到较好注浆效果,选用正交试验法,并进行了实验室配比试验.试验结果表明,其28 d单轴抗压强度可达到13.82 MPa. Although using chemical and cement materials for strata with fissures the grouting effect is obvious, but they are not the most appropriate for strata with subtle fissures. So to develop a new type of grouting material which is good inject and save the cost of grout has become one of the research directions of the grouting technology. The study is to make good grouting effect, using the superfine slag powder (specific surface area 620 m2/Kg) as the main materials by adding addictives, adopting orthogonal experiment and proportioning in the laboratory. The test results showed that the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength can be achieved 13.82 MPa.
